Corefficient Proves Yoke Disassembly Does Not Lead to Losses

When it comes to yoke disassembly,  there are a lot of questions from those in the market about variability in transformer cores.  Especially when a customer removes the top yoke, drops in the windings, and re-stacks the yoke for final assembly. Corefficient has conducted comprehensive testing and evaluation of these parameters, and found negligible variability in core performance.

Corefficient completes a 3-stage testing procedure to insure our transformer cores meet and exceed performance requirements of our customers:

  1. Materials testing for incoming product
  2. Materials testing as its going through its processes
  3. Materials testing at the final stage
